    I really enjoyed the session! Walk, talk & exercise, the stops for the different exercise sessions whilst not physically taxing were really beneficial & something that I will continue to do, no equipment needed. Happy to ask my husband to come along next time too, he would enjoy it.

    Good day team! I'm Josh, the Physical Trainer who conducts the Sydney walking group (SWG) sessions.
    A bit about me:
    I have 3 years experience as a Physical Training Instructor in the Army. This is Inclusive of strength and conditioning, energetics training, stretching and mobility training, group training of up to 120 individuals and 60 low fit individuals in pre-conditioning programs and re-conditioning post rehabilitation. I still do this, but on the side I work as a PT at Moore Park golf course and conduct the SWGs. I'm studying my Bachelor of Exercise and Sport science and intend to pursue a clinical role in the future. I enjoy long walks and mobility work which I tend to base the SWG around with some other physical challenges, group dependant of course.

    I am open to conducting private walking group activities most Saturdays from 3 - 5pm given some notice.
